The first nutrition consultation
It lasts about 1 hour and includes :
- a full nutritionnal assessment, a study of your body composition and an analysis of your routine and relationship with food.
- an analysis of your medical history (if necessary)
- the drawing-up of a bespoke personal plan
- the handover of back-up documents (plan, food recommendations, possible referrals to a specialist...)
Pre-treatment consultations for cosmetic procedures are free - whether face-to-face or by phone. They are meant to answer all your questions before your appointment.
Follow-up nutrition consultations
Follow-ups usually last about 30 minutes to adapt the nutritional plan according to results. Their number and frequency depend entirely on your progress. It can be a one-off session to answer a specific punctual issue, weekly meetings if you need close monitoring (mostly when there is an eating disorder like bulimia, anorexia or simply emotional and stress-related eating) or more spaced-out appointments.
Daily nutritional monitoring and support in case of an eating disorder (by WhatsApp or e-mails) are not charged. They help me support your efforts along the way and answer punctual questions between appointments.
